Adjust the temperature and settings using the intuitive digital touch control. You can smoke, sear, or grill your favorite foods within the 175°F - 700°F temperature range. Make sure to keep an eye on the food using the included temperature probes. When you're done grilling, let the grill cool down completely. Clean the drip tray regularly to prevent buildup.
